  • Verify and input payroll data, submit to HR/Payroll processing.
  • Submit changes in deductions, employee statuses, vacation requests, sick time, missed punch forms and all other payroll related forms/items to HR/Payroll processing in accordance with payroll calendar and deadlines.
  • Assist employees in obtaining and field inquiries regarding information concerning their payroll check, deductions, vacation, overtime, etc., as necessary.
  • Oversee and schedule New Employee Orientation
  • Oversee the hiring process to include background check and scheduling New Employee Orientation.
  • Maintain employee files in accordance to Federal Labor regulations, Department of Health Services, & Facility policy;
  • Enter new hires; pay rate changes, termination information into the computer for all employees;


  • 1-3 years of healthcare industry experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources / Payroll experience preferred
